NOTICE of (pre-AGM) Branch Role Exploration Meetings

June 11 and 12, 2025 — Built into the Change of Command schedule

With the September AGM(Annual General Meeting) coming up, we are hosting two Member meetings on June 11th and 12th, where you will learn about your Branch’s Executive roles, Director roles, short and long term goals, and how you may be able to get involved in the process of determining how we support the two Cadet programs. As a parent/guardian of an active Cadet, you are a voting Branch Member, and your participation is not only appreciated, but necessary for the sustainability and growth of our programs.

Join Cadets

We have ongoing registration for the 2024-25 Cadet year. Please visit us on either Wednesday(9-12yrs) or Thursday(12-18yrs) between 6:30-9pm , at 750 Fifth Street.

To expedite your registration and ensure that you have all needed documents, please click on the appropriate link below based on the age of your cadet, and complete the pre-registration process.

Branch Meeting

As parents/guardians of a current Cadet you are already registered as a member in good standing with the Branch. With this in mind you are encouraged to help guide the Branch as we determine how the groups will be supported both now, and in future. The Nanaimo Branch’s meetings will take place at 1830 (6:30 PM) at the Navy League Cadet Training Centre, 750 Fifth Street, Nanaimo BC.
